Self-Pay Lactation Consult

Jennifer Bennion, IBCLC Lactation Consulting is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Payment is required up front. Following your appointment, you will receive a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

You can call your insurance to see what kind of lactation coverage you have and/or to request pre-authorization to see an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you under the Affordable Care Act.
